I remember the exact day my son put his foot in his mouth the first time,
because it was at my 6 week postnatal check-up
so he was 6 weeks old
now he's almost 6 months old and he doesn't play with his feet as much as he used to,
but they are still among the top ten of his favorite toys, lol

He didn't hold his head up very well until 3 months old
didn't roll over until 4 months old
But he started playing with his feet at 6 weeks old
and the pediatrican says he's always been unusually vocal for his age
(doesn't turn 6 months until next week but already says "mama")

Around 2-3 months both my babies became quite fascinated with their feet, especially during diaper changes. Made getting the diaper on a real challenge, lol.

My son was 3 months when he found his feet too... now that's all he does is play with them when he's laying down or sitting (started that at 4 months).

Usually around 4-5 months. My son was 5 months when he started to play with his. For the head I would suggest more tummy time. We did tummy time at 3 months for about 20-30 mins every day about 3 times a day. My son loved tummy time. He had excellent control of his head at 2 months.
