well they start drinking regular milk at 1 year old

i started my daughter on juice at 9 months once she was eating stage 2 baby food

Current advice is for babies to just drink milk for the first six months. After that they can drink other things such as fresh fruit juices, but these should be diluted with water. Sugary synthetic drinks should be avoided, and they should drink non milk drinks from a cup rather than a bottle to protect their teeth.

well babies don’t drink milk until they are 12 months old. at this point your baby sister is drinking formula or breast milk.

at 12 months is when drs usually recommend stopping formula and breast milk and starting babies on whole cow’s milk (whole being 4% fat).
at this time they can also start drinking things like apple juice and orange juice as long as you only fill the cup half way with juice and then fill it the rest of the way with water so the juice is not at its full strength.
